Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If a return is needed, please review the policy below to ensure a seamless experience.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • 100% brand new, unused, and unaltered

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.


Final Sale Items

The following items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items explicitly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

  • Engraved, monogrammed, or otherwise personalized items

Please review customization details carefully prior to placing your order.


Shipping Errors, Damaged, or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive:

  • An incorrect item

  • An item that arrives damaged

  • An item that is defective

please contact us promptly upon delivery.

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and work quickly to resolve the issue.


How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • If Package Protection was purchased, return shipping may be covered in accordance with its terms

If you choose to purchase your own return shipping label, we strongly recommend using a carrier and service that includes both tracking and insurance.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit when customer-provided shipping labels are used.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.


Exchanges

To ensure the fastest processing and availability, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Please initiate a return through the return portal and place a new order for your desired item.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Engraved, monogrammed, or personalized items

  • Items returned outside the 45-day return window

  • Items not in original, unused condition

  • Items missing original packaging or components
