We're here to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Here’s what you need to know:

Where We Ship
We ship to just about any address in the good ol’ U.S. of A! Some products have restrictions—be sure to check the product pages for any shipping limitations. We also offer international shipping on many items, but please note you’ll be responsible for any applicable taxes or VAT—Campus Exclusive cannot predict these fees, so stay alert!

Handling Time
Once you hit that order button, expect 2-4 business days of handling before your order hits the road. During this time, we prepare your order for shipment to ensure everything is perfect.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Free shipping is generally UPS Ground and in most cases we will ship your order via the method you select—like Next Day Air if you’re in a rush! Delivery estimates will be provided based on the product’s availability and your chosen shipping method.

Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are weight-based. All item weights are rounded up to the next full pound. Remember, shipping carriers have their own rules when it comes to rates, so they may vary.

Special Offers & Restrictions

• Free shipping is available on orders over $50 within the contiguous US. Certain items such as discounted gear, trainers, frames, and bikes may not qualify—please contact us if you have questions.

• If you have a special shipping request, just drop us a note with your order—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

International Shipping
If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., we can ship many items overseas—but be aware that additional taxes, duties, or VAT may apply and are your responsibility.
